Were you looking for information about Glutathione? Glutethione is a common misspelling of glutathione.
Although glutathione is naturally made in the human body, you can also obtain it through dietary supplements and food. However, taking glutathione orally is probably not effective for any use, as it is not absorbed well when taken by mouth (although more research is necessary to confirm this). Some research has indicated that taking glutathione intravenously (by IV) may be effective for some uses. Although glutathione is a "natural" substance, it may not be safe for everyone. Prior to taking glutathione, make sure to talk to your healthcare provider about any other medical conditions you have and any other medications you are taking.
