MSM and PregnancyIt is generally recommended that pregnant women avoid taking MSM (methylsulfonylmethane). Pregnancy problems could potentially occur, even though most people think that dietary supplements are automatically safe. There is no evidence to prove that MSM is safe (or unsafe) for pregnant women. If you are using MSM and pregnancy occurs, be sure to talk to your healthcare provider about the benefits and potential risks.
